1% over base
We have a lender offering a discounting fee of 1% over base for the length of the contract term. The contract term can be chosen by you from the following:
- 1 Month - the contract can be terminated at any time after the 1 month initial contract by giving 1 months notice.
- 3 Months - the contract can be terminated at any time after the 3 month initial period by giving 3 months notice.
- 6 Months - the contract can be terminated at any time after the 6 month initial period by giving 6 months notice
Thereafter the discounting charge will be 3% or 3.5% (depending on turnover) over the Bank of England base rate.
